To qualify for our automobiles you will need to following:
Valid Drivers License
Two Weeks Current Check Stubs
Utility Bill ( Light, Phone, Gas, Water)
Current proof of Insurance
7 References (Family & Friends)
Verifiable Employement

TERMS OF SALES CONTRACT
All vehicles are sold "AS IS". No refunds on down payments or installment payments made on any vehicle, "NO EXCEPTIONS".
If the vehicle experience mechanical or electrical malfunction you as the buyer are still responsible for payments due. You
are also responsible for any repairs that need to be made to the vehicle after purchase.If the vehicle you purchase were to
experience mechanical or electrical malfunction within a 7 to 10 day time period from date of purchase, it will remain the
decison of Menk Auto Sales to make any repairs to the vehicle. Repairs and parts perform by Menk Auto Sales holds a
1 year warranty.
Payments made late are subject to a late fee. Failure to make your payment 10 days after due date will subject your vehicle
to reposession.
Failure to maintain full comp and collisson insurnace, will subject your vehicle to reposession.
